About
A brief HISTORY
IN:EQUALITY was established by Nick Lewis in 2009 and specialises in bespoke learning and development services that take a person-centred, outcome focussed approach both in terms of the style of delivery and the content.
Nick set up shop as a specialist in equality, diversity and human rights after working in the field within central government. He loved it so much (and still does), he completed a masters degree in equality and diversity at Cardiff University and has continued to develop his expertise ever since.
